News from the shop

We spent these last few weeks sprucing up the shoppe, the inventory is coming in, shelves are built and the fabric cupboards are full ! I found a wonderful antique thread display from an old general store(waiting to be assembled) and just in the nick of time because soon it will filled with new 1422 yd cones of 50 wt. Aurifil Thread!
While I am waiting out this latest weather event here in the North East and a frozen fuel line, I am sitting by the fire and working on my stamp basket handles which hopefully will be done soon as it is a sample to hang in the shoppe,  It's a perfect opportunity to catch up on good reading, of course browsing my favortie blogs too!  Although I have a huge sewing list to do, a little time in front of the fire watching the snow is not a bad idea, tomorrow brings the mail and a new fabric line by Audrey Wright called "neutral Territory" Audrey also has a new quilt pattern coming out for the line called "Salt and Pepper" and I can't wait to be stitching up a sample !

Always Quilting,
Teresa
